H&A’s Integrated Facilities Services team expands our services with new and existing facilities. Their goal is to ensure that buildings perform as well or better than they were originally designed, and to assist owners and operators to meet the increasing-stringent energy and water performance reductions mandated by federal and local authorities. 

These services draw from the resources of all the departments at H&A and include:
