U.S. Embassy Consulate Compound, Johannesburg, South Africa

H&A designed the engineering systems for the 102,257 square foot embassy compound in Johannesburg utilizing energy efficient elements throughout the facility. The project was awarded LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.  The extensive commissioning performed by the design team allows for peak building performance. The design-build team also included B.L. Harbert International and PageSoutherlandPage.
