Cosmopolitan Apartments

The client’s goal for the Cosmopolitan Apartments was to offer residents of one of the region’s most suburban cities the elegance and amenities of urban living in the city’s new downtown.

The 342-unit, 14-story apartment building contains first-floor retail, four floors of integrated parking, and nine levels of apartment units. The 756,000 square foot building boasts a fifth-floor open deck with a clubhouse and pool, lobby and elevator security, a fitness center, a demonstration kitchen, and concierge service, among other amenities.
