Dominion Enterprises Corporate Headquarters, is a new $58 million, 20-story office tower in the heart of historic downtown Norfolk, Virginia. It houses the company’s newly consolidated workforce in 500,000 square feet. While a majority of the building is dedicated to office space, the first floor houses Heritage Bank’s retail space, and there are several levels of integrated parking.

The sleek, urban facility mingles traditional and modern design elements. To blend it with the existing historic buildings, the designers used white pre-cast concrete for the majority of the structure. The company's training facility is located in the building’s penthouse, usually reserved for executives. The ultra high-tech training and conference center is designed to showcase the company’s forward thinking philosophy.
