Merchants Walk Parking Garage

Merchant’s Walk was part of the first phase of City Center at Oyster Point. The 1100-space parking structure stands at a stellar five stories. The garage provides parking for its building occupants, as well as the general public.

The parking structure is stacked, in order to support the various uses of the garage. The structure’s precast concrete support makeup is aligned with the internal steel structure of the office building. Because the two structures are connected, transportation into and through the building is separated, in order to accommodate to the varying needs of Merchants Walk occupants.

Merchants Walk appears to be a 10-story office structure, as no hint of the parking garage is viewable from the building’s front.
