Fountain Way Parking Deck

At five stories, the Fountain Way garage in Newport News, Virginia, was designed on a scale that augments the building’s importance as a civic structure among the adjacent one-and two-story buildings. A modern interpretation of Art Deco design, the 305,000 SF, 888-car structure is constructed with precast concrete, providing durability and easy maintenance. Retail units with glass storefronts and colorful awnings at the southeast corner continue the pedestrian experience and provide 60,000 square feet of leasable space.

The design of the garage, enhanced with bold colorful signage, carries on the nautical theme of City Center.
