Steve began his career at H&A as a senior associate and project manager. The  reputation he gained while working with the Department of the Navy expanded H&A’s national presence in the military arena, and in 2010 Steve was promoted to senior vice president and military programs director. 

His visionary approach and strategic intuition led directly to the establishment of the firm’s first portal office located in Hampton Roads. Steve continues to oversee the development of the San Diego portal office and his most recent focus in the Rocky Mountain region has garnered an Air Force IDIQ contract.

Steve graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelors in architecture. Over the years, he has been an active member of his community through participation in urban revitalization groups and ten years of service as president of a Portsmouth youth soccer league that supported over 900 children.
